Ms. Christina Sedillo

Welcome!

The thing I love most about being a Career Coach is having the opportunity to help students with one of their most daunting tasks: figuring out what happens after high school and how to gain the workplace readiness skills necessary for success! I remember what it was like to be a high school student with NO IDEA what my future should look like. There were so many paths, but which was the right one? I wish I'd had a Career Coach to help me along the way.

As it turned out, my post-high school life was filled with a wide range of experiences that I am grateful for now. I've worked in and have experience with many different career fields, which means I have plenty of insight to help guide your choices. Just to highlight a few of my experiences: I was an enlisted Air Force member working in military intelligence, I've worked in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and I spent five years living in Europe, where I taught yoga classes and stretched my entrepreneurial muscles by starting an art business. 

I have an Associate of Arts in Persian Farsi, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, and a Master of Science in Finance from William & Mary.

Beyond my professional and educational accomplishments, you can usually find me reading (fantasy novels are my go-to), painting (oil and acrylic, mostly), writing (I'd love to publish a book one day), dreaming about new travel plans (I've been to 21 states and 15 countries), and spending time in my backyard with my family.
